what to expect at return to work group coaching
-
You can share as little or as much as you like. There’s never any pressure to share anything you don’t want to - and anything you do share stays within the group.
-
My group coaching sessions are held at Farfield, Shipley. We have a private room that is set up for families, with plenty of floor space and mats so you can put your baby down. There will be toys & bouncers too to keep your baby entertained. There’s pram access to the room so you can get in and out easily. Or you can leave your little one at home and come solo!
-
I am a trained coach, having completed my ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, and my Maternity Coach CPD. I’m also a prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher and hypnobirthing instructor, so I really get mums! I’m also a mum myself and have experienced the juggle of going back to work.

Each session will have a theme, and we will go through a series of structured exercises on that topic. These typically include a short introduction by myself, some questions for you to journal or reflect upon, and some time for group discussion. We will always make sure we go away with actions to implement straight away.
-
You’ll get some follow up exercises to complete in your own time, and content to come back to you at points in your return to work.
-
You’ll get free access to my online postnatal platform The Mother Mindset during your course. That includes yoga, on-demand coaching and meditation tracks designed to support your motherhood journey.
-
One of the biggest benefits of group coaching is the opportunity to connect and share your experience. You’re welcome to stay after our session for a coffee at Clover cafe which is located downstairs and is baby friendly.

I feel you! Reach out and we can set up a 3 month payment plan to spread the cost of the course. Or maybe take a gamble and ask if your employer could fund your course as part of your learning and development, or support offer for returning to work?

No! I promise it’s not awkward. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to, and most clients find that they feel really comfortable and relaxed. I am completely used to people crying, getting upset or not wanting to share and all of it is completely welcome!
