Monday: 2 min affirmation track first thing, 10 minute online yoga video in the evening

Tuesday: Relaxation track (15 min or longer if you can)

Wednesday: 2 min affirmation track first thing, read 2 positive birth stories online on your lunch break

Thursday: 2 min affirmation track. 10 minute online yoga video

Friday: Relaxation track (15 min or longer if you can)

Saturday: Practice self hypnosis and calm breathing, 10 minute yoga video

Sunday: 2 min affirmation track, take 10 minutes to visualise the birth you want or practice happy place visualisation
